You can sign up for the mailing list by sending a blank email to:
PS139-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Your membership will have to be approved by the moderator. When you’re only on the mailing list, you don’t get access to all the group's web features (Photos, Files, Links, Polls, Calendar.)
